Each raviolo weighs about 500 grams, and is served three vaulted, for a total of 1.5 kg of Ravioli!
The fillings of the giant ravioli are all ricotta and spinach, but you can choose as a sauce the tomato sauce, ragout, porcini mushrooms, and porcini and truffle.
And of course, it's all handmade!
